DIRGE PROJECT V3

COMBAT

A single round of combat is split into 5 Phases
 


COMBAT Phase 1

Declaring actions!


COMBAT Phase 2

Seeing who has hit!

Opponents will have a Contest!

This will label one opponent the ATTACKER

And other opponents as the DEFENDERS

The contest between the two will turn one of them into the STRIKER and the others into the TARGET


Combat Phase 3

The STRIKER will doe contest challenge against the TARGET to see if any damage has been done!

See if any damage has been done!


COMBAT Phase 4

Damage effects on the victim!


COMBAT PHASE 5

Either the combat is over or do another combat round!

All labels are removed and you go back to stage 1!


PHASE 1 DECLARING ACTIONS!


Recalculate this at the top of every new Combat round! 

Because of things such as "Stun effects" the whole order of actions is likely to be very different each different combat round!

Divide all opponents into two types of group!

The AMBUSHED and the NOT SUPRISED!

You will NOT always have and AMBUSHED group.

You will only have an AMBUSHED group if any Player of NPC's were not expecting an attack!

Obviously, two groups facing off are all filled with opponents that know both what is happening and what is about to happen!

Those in an AMBUSH group the first round of combat are very unlike to be in an AMBUSHED group when you recalculate the order of actions in the next combat round!

All the “NOT SUPRISED” go first,



THOSE "NOT SUPRISED" GROUP

All those "NOT SUPRISED" who are at Range 3
ALL those "NOT SUPRISED" who are at Range 2
All those "NOT SUPRISED" who are at Range 1
All those "NOT SUPRISED" who are at Range 0

THEN 

ALL THOSE "AMBUSED"  who are at Range 0
ALL THOSE "AMBUSED"  who are at Range 1
ALL THOSE "AMBUSED"  who are at Range 2
ALL THOSE "AMBUSED"  who are at Range 3

As the realisation that they are being attacked ripples out into the group!

THEN 

ALL THOSE "WAIT"  who are at range 3
ALL THOSE "WAIT"  who are at range 2
ALL THOSE "WAIT"  who are at range 1
ALL THOSE "WAIT"  who are at range 0

(This will make sense later.)
IF any of the groups happens to contain 2 or more players of NPC then you still need to know who within that group will be going first!

To determine the order of actions within that group, break it down even further!

Starting with the who has the higher Speed stat!

Fastest first!

If two opponent have the same speed then further break it down to who has the heist Dexterity score

If these are also the same then break it down to who has the Highest Perception score.

If these as still the same then the person with the Highest luck goes first.

At this point, if all the above is still the dame then each opponent rolls a single D20 dice ONCE, the Highest goes first!

IF this D20 role is the same then the DM must declare that all who made this same number roll all have with actions happen at exactly the same time!

Although very unlike it could happen!

This can result in some very unusual effects!

(For instance, two opponents managing to stab each other in the chest at exactly the same time!)


REMEMBER!

What subgroup you are in is more important than anyone Stat you may have, when working out the order of actions!

Stay and attack is just your bog standard default

RUNAWAY

You run away, and if no one declares an action to HUNT DOWN, your character then you simply getaway!  
You may add any Stealth Skill you may have On To your Speed Stat to help avoid being HUNT DOWN. 
Those in an AMBUSHED group cannot choose this action! 


HIDE

You HIDE, and if no one declares an action to HUNT DOWN, your character then you simply getaway!  
You may add any Stealth Skill you may have On To your DEX Stat to help avoid being HUNT DOWN. 
Those in an AMBUSHED group or who or Have been a TARGET in this combat cannot choose this action.

HUNT DOWN

If you chose to hunt down, then nominate an opponent to hunt down.

If they are RUNNING AWAY.
and your Speed Stat is greater than their Speed Stat then you have forced them to stay in the combat!
You may any "Hunting Skill" you may have to your Speed Stat to make it harder for the Coward to escape your wrath! 


IF they are using HIDE!
and your Perception Stat is greater than their DEX  Stat then you have forced them to stay in the combat!
You may any "Hunting Skill" you may have to your Perception Stat to make it harder for them to escape your wrath! 
(Are you sure you really want to do this?? REALLY!!)


If you do not find them then you can not be allocated as ATTACKER this combat round.

Just continue combat as normal limited to just being a DEFENDER this combat round.

If you do find them then you force them to stay in normal.

Combat continues as normal including your chance to become this combat rounds allocated ATTACKER

If you declare the action to hunt down someone before they get to declare their action, 
BUT
When they get to their turn they do not declare to RUNAWAY and choose a different action instead, then things can get messy! 
(For you!) 



If they declare the action STAY AND ATTACK
or CHARGE They will Outflank you as you accidentally move into a much better position for them to get you!
They will get the following Combat bonus Against you (For this combat round only!) 

IF they get to be the ATTACKER this combat round and choose you as the DEFENDER to attack then they will get +10 to their "Role Under Score" when they try and hit you!
AND
If they Get to be  STRIKER against you as a TARGET they will get a +5 to their "Roll under" role to do damage to you!


IF YOU get to be the ATTACKER this combat round and you choose Them as the DEFENDER to attack then they will get -5 to Your "Roll Under Score" when they try and hit them!
AND
If YOU get to be STRIKER against Them as Your TARGET they will get a -10 to their "Roll under" role to do damage to them!



If they Decare to HUNT DOWN a different opponent and force them the stay in combat the things are just normal.


If they Decare to HUNT DOWN a different opponent and but their Quarry gets away.
Then you will have "Outflanked" them!
You will get the following Combat bonus against them! (For this combat round only!) 

IF YOU get to be the ATTACKER this combat round and you choose Them as the DEFENDER to attack then YOU will get +10 to Your "Roll Under Score" when they try and hit them!
AND
If YOU get to be STRIKER against Them as Your TARGET then YOU will get a +5 to their "Roll under" role to do damage to them!


IF they get to be the ATTACKER this combat round and choose you as the DEFENDER to attack then they will get -5 to their "Role Under Score" when they try and hit you!

AND
If they Get to be  STRIKER against you as a TARGET they will get a -10 to their "Roll under" role to do damage to you!


IF they Delacre to HUNT DOWN an they nominate YOU! 
Then you will each get a combat bonus against each other! (For this combat round only!) 

IF Either of you gets to be the ATTACKER this combat round and you choose Other as the DEFENDER to attack then there will be a +10 to the "Roll Under Score" to attempt a hit!
AND
If Either of you gets to be STRIKER against the other as a TARGET then there will be a +10 to the "Role under" role to do damage!


WAIT

This simply put you a the back of the queue this combat round, 

All the WAIT people are organised and arranged into the correct order.

When their turn comes around to finally declare an action they CAN NOT choose to wait again!

This is one way to get out of being in an AMBUSH Group and any limitations to actions that might cause!

NOTE 
Using Wait will reduce your chance of becoming this rounds ATTACKER by reducing this rounds "Role under score" by -3!!!

The Default is simply STAY AND FIGHT!

ADVANCE!

This is simply used to reduce range.

Usually used for those who want to try and ensure they have a chance of being an ATTACKER.

Or by a long ranged opponent that wants the "Closer Range" Bonus.

The limitations and effects depend on your chosen weapons Range

If your Weapons Range is 
0 Then you can only do this action if you have a SPEED STAT of 3

If you Weapons Range is 
1 Than you can only do this aciton if you have a SPEED STAT of 2

If you Weapons Range is 

2 Than you can only do this aciton if you have a SPEED STAT of 1

FOR THOSE WITH WEAPON RANGES 0-2!
You must chose one potential Oppponent to move too.
It you get to become the ATTACKER this combat round you may only direct any available attacks at that one Opponent!
And Only at them for the whole of this Entire combat until they are either dead or they have done a Sucessful RUN AWAY declaired action!

If you have a Weapon Range of 3 then things are slightly different.

You simply say how close you want to be to the heart of the combat.

Closer gets you a better "Under range bonus"
But also will put you within other people range so they are able to attack you!

AIM

For Range units that want an aim bonus.

During a combat round, you are aiming you may NOT be allocated as the ATTACKER!

Additionally 
If become a TARGET and the STRIKER gets either a Bleed Effect, Stun, Or just does 2 or more damage then you will lose your aim.

If you lose your aim form this round but also you also lose ALL the past stacked up benefits from all the previous turns spent aiming!  

POUNCE

If you successfully did a HIDE action last turn and you are not found then this turn you can reveal yourself and Pounce!

You get 3 plus any added stealth skill to add to this combat round chances to hit, increasing your chance of becoming this combat rounds ATTACKER.


If you Then Become a STRIKER Then your "role under score" to do damage is added to by 5 + Stealth Skill against all TARGETS except anyone that tired to HUNT DOWN you last combat turn.

For them, you get 5 + You stealth skill and then you get to have that DOUBLED!
(It sucks to be them!) 

If you become a TARGET, you can add your Dexterity Stat and Stealth Skill you "Role Under Roll" The help reduce any possible damage!


PHASE 2 SEEING WHO HAS HIT

We need to Redefine some terms first to help keep things a little more manageable


Definition: Attacker.

This does NOT mean who attacked in the story.

It is being used to describe the person with the advantage of the highest “Roll Under Score”


Definition: Defender

This does NOT mean who has been attacked in the story.

It is being used to describe the person with the disadvantage of the Lowest “Roll Under Score”

FIRST SEE IF THERE IS ANY HIT!

Both opponents add ALL the following values that they are allowed together to create their “Roll under numbers” that they need to hit the enemy!

The person with the advantage of the highest “Roll Under Score” will now be called the ATTACKER!

Only the Highest scoring "Roll under roll" gets to be the ATTACKER!

EVERYONE ELSE Who has the disadvantage of a lower "Roll Under Score" Will now is now termed, DEFENDERS

The Difficulty Dice the Attacker is allocated will depend on how much higher their "Roll Under Score" was above the Defender he decided to attack!

If the ATTACKER has the ability to have more than one attack he can allocate all these attacks however he likes!

Whether that is one for each of his most disliked targets, or he can pile them all onto one very unfortunate soul!

EACH ATTACK will need a different working out of what 'Difficulty Dice' is needed and therefore different dice roll to see if he hits his target!

The ATTACKER can only choose targets that are within their range!

Example:
If the Attacker only has a Range 0 weapon and everyone else has range 1 Weapons then they can not reach a target!

In which case (for this combat round) the Attacker is stripped of his ATTACKER title and becomes instead just another DEFENDER!


UNLESS THE ATTACKER DID AN ADVANCE ACTION IN THE DECLARATION PHASE!

The Opponent with the Next Highest "Roll Under Score" NOW Gets to become the ATTACKER!


The Difficulty dice the of all Defenders that being attacked is based on how much lower their "Roll Under Score" was below the Attackers!

EACH opponent “ROLL UNDER”SCORE!

Add ALL the following values that they are allowed together to create the “Roll under Score” you will need to compare to your Opponents! 

Your Speed Stat!

BUT ONLY if you are not in an AMBUSHED group

+

Any Dodge skill 
(BUT Only if you are not in an AMBUSHED group)

+


If you used a WAIT action this combat round in Decoration Phase then you get a -3 Penalty!

+

If you used POUNCE action this combat round in Decoration Phase then get +3 and + Any Stealth Skill!

+

Any Melee Weapon OR shield Modifiers

(Based on the “Quality Weapon Bonus)



This bonus can NOT be above you Weapon skill!

“To Hit” modifiers (Positive or Negative)

Your number of Attacks!

+

Armour Passive defence. (Maximum of +3)

+

If you are using a magical attack then ADD!

INT + MAGIC SKILL

+

IF you are using a Range attack then ADD

Your Perception + Weapon Skill

+

If you are using a Melee Attack then ADD

Dexterity + Weapon Skill

+

FOR PRACTICALITY REASONS!
ONLY FOR ONE Vs ONE COMBAT OR IF ALL THE OTHER OPPONENTS HAVE THE SAME ARMOUR PD VALUE.
(If you really feel this is unfair and that it makes you miss out then you may use this value on the lowest PD the opponents you intend to use an attack on if you get to be the ATTACKER!
BUT you will not be allowed the change you mind and attack someone with a higher PD this combat round! 
So decide now!
The rest of the players are waiting!)


Weapon armour piecing modifier, NOTE this cannot never be higher than the other Opponents Passive armour score, to effectively cancel it out! To make this value ZERO!

Add 1 for each Frag weapon level!

Add three if your attack has an “Area effect!” (Can hit more that targets at once!)

+

USE THIS BIT ONLY FOR,

FOR ALL RANGE THROUGHOUT THIS COMBAT!

OR

FOR MELEE AT RANGE 0 ON THE FIRST ATTACK ROUND ONLY IF ALL THE OPPONENTS ARE IN AN AMBUSHED GROUP!

One for each turn spent aiming after the First (this has a maximum of +3 <that is 4 total turns aiming> or the Attackers Weapon skill with this weapon, whichever is LOWER!

You cannot have an aiming bonus higher than your skill with this weapon!

ADDITIONAL!

You can ALSO not have an aiming bonus higher than your Perception Stat!

Any Situation Modifiers (this should rarely need to be used!)

+

FOR RANGE ONLY!

For each Range distance under your, Maximum gets a +1

Range modifier (maximum +3)

For instance, a point-blank execution shot to head! Would be a +3!

+

If you have other Allies attacking the same target then also add the following to you calculated “Roll under Number”

If outnumber the enemy by x2 then +1

If outnumber the enemy by x3 then +2

If outnumber the enemy by x4 then +4

If outnumber the enemy by x5 or more then +8

However, if you are outnumbered!

If are outnumbered by the by x2 then deduct 2

If are outnumbered by the by x3 then deduct 4

If are outnumbered by the by x4 then deduct 8

If are outnumbered by the by x5 or more then deduct 16

The person with the heist “Roll under” score is (for the rest of this combat round,) Known as the “Attacker!”



The person with the Lowest “Roll under” score is (for the rest of this combat round,) Known as the “Defender”!



If there are multiple opponents at one, ONLY the person with the highest “Roll under Score” is the Attacker, everyone else is a Defender!



(See how to use this score vs. enemy in the Challenge Resistance section!)



THE DEFENDER PENALTY!

ATTACKER REWARD!



Use this section if the Defender failed their roll

AND

The Attacker succeeded their roll!



Note how much the Attacker made their roll by and add this to the amount the Defender failed their roll by!



REMINDER!

If the difference of the Attackers “roll under roll” was 7 or more above the Defenders....,

The amount they succeed the roll by is DOUBLED!

(No Maximum!)



Allot of the time in the very basic contest, such as Charm, for instance, the amount succeed by number does not matter very much,

BUT
In combat is VERY IMPORTANT!



This total is the DAMAGE BONUS!





The Defender gets a minus 1 deducted from the next “Roll underscore”

(Only from an identical form of attack from the same attacker until after the combat!)



With each additional failed roll in the same combat, The Defender keeps getting additional minus 2,

(Vs the same opponent using the same action,)

Until they either finally succeed (then all penalties are lost)



OR



They can reduce the penalty by 6 for each turn they stop trying to do that same action!



OR



They can reduce the penalty by 7 for each turn they take NO ACTON AT ALL! (each missed turn)

This has to be conscious resting NOT counting being stunned OR knocked out!



(If the attacker changes the weapon type they are using in this combat then this penalty is lost! )



For the next section,

The ATTACKER becomes the STRIKER

And the,

DEFENDER Becomes the TARGET





ATTACKERS PENALTY!!

DEFENDER REWARD!



Use this section if the Attacker failed their roll

AND

The Defender succeeded their roll!





If the defender wins the roll

But

Attacker fails the roll,

Then the Defender scores A HIT!



Note how much the Defender made their roll by and add this to the amount the attacker failed their roll by!



REMINDER!

If the difference of the Attackers “roll under roll” was 7 or more above the Defenders....,

The amount they failed by is HALVED!

(Minimum of 1)





This total is the DAMAGE BONUS!



ALSO

The attacker gets a minus 2 deducted from the next “Roll under score”

The Attacker also keeps getting additional minus 3 points deducted for each attempt they keep making in a row! (Vs the same opponent in this combat with the same type of weapon!)



Until they either finally succeed (then all penalties are lost)



OR



They can reduce the penalty by 4 for each turn they stop trying to do that same action!



OR



They can reduce the penalty by 5 for each turn they take NO ACTON AT ALL! (each missed turn)

This has to be conscious resting NOT counting being stunned OR knocked out!



For the next section,

The DEFENDER becomes the STRIKER

And the,

ATTACKER Becomes the TARGET





It is A DRAW!

If both fail or Succeed then Nothing happens

If Attack fails and Defender succeeds then no hit has been scored!

(For difficulty level of dice used see Challenge Resistance Section!)


If a hit is scored! THEN GO TO PHASE 3




PHASE 3
HAS THE HIT DONE ANY DAMAGE?

(Another type of challenge resistance roll)



For Person that is the STRIKER


Multiple Attacks
  
Every 3 Speed gives you an Extra attack in combat is you are assigned as the “ATTACKER”

You can spit these among the Enemy Defenders as you see fit!

UNLESS YOU DID AN "ADVANCE" ACTION IN THE DECLARATION PHASE! 


THE STRIKERS “ROLE UNDER” VALUE!

Start with the Damage Bonus!
Because this was calculated using how badly one opponent failed their roll and how much the STRIKER succeed their roll by!
+
Multiple Attacks.
IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE ATTACKS!
(You get +1 attack for every 4 speed)

If this is your first TARGET then the is no Modifier
If this is you Second TARGET then -1
If this is you Third TARGET then -2
If this is you Fourth TARGET then -4
EACH EXTRA TARGET is now -8
(Note the tactic BALDE DANCE use’s its own rules that overrides this one!)

Choose one attack type (per hand if you are dual wielding),

Dexterity
(Plus any ONE relevant skill about the TARGET bodies such as Medicine up to a Maximum of +3)
OR
STRENTH for a hit that relies on how hard you can hit!
(Plus any FRAG weapon levels to this type of attack!)

(PLAYER CHOICE!)
( USE STRENTH OR DEXTERITY ATTACK PER HAND! NOT BOTH!)

For a Magical or Psychic Attack
Then + Intelligence and + Magic Skill, < for the quality of the spell cast!>

You may at this point burn either a point of your own Luck or your Own Stamina at 2 points to Add 1 to this “Roll Under” Calculation!

(Some spellcasters are so skilled full they can attack with each hand AND still cast spells! <See the Magic Section!)

(Up to a +3 maximum OR Perception whichever is LOWER!)

WORKING OUT THE TARGETS “ROLL UNDER” SCORE!

Add all the following,

Intelligence if a magical, Curse or Psychic attacks!

If a ranged attack or hand attack physical attack.
Stamina Stat (for toughness) Maximum +3
+
For Melee Only
Strength Stat (Maximum +6)
+
Armour HP <The Active defence!>  (No maximum!)

THE FRAG VS ARMOUR DISADVANTAGE

Double this ARMOUR HP value for the “Roll under” calculation if the STRIKER is using ANY FRAG Weapons!
Double this again is the Frag Value is +2
AND DOUBLE YET AGAIN if the Frag value is +3

THE ARMOUR PIERCING VS ARMOUR ADVANTAGE

HALF this ARMOUR HP value for the “Roll under” calculation if the STRIKER is using ANY ARMOUR PIERCING Weapons!
HALF  this again is the ARMOUR PIERCING  Value is +2
AND HALF YET AGAIN (Minimum of 1) if the ARMOUR PIERCING value is +3

BUT
(Remember to reduce Armour HP by the attacking weapons original damage!)
Half this damage to armour for a Frag round, the deduct a further 1 point of damage for each level of Frag effect!
Double this damage to armour if the Attack is Armour Piercing plus reduce the damage by a further 2 point for each level of Armour Piercing!
For every 10 points of Damage, the Armour ALSO looses 1 Passive Armour score!
For every 25 points of Damage, the Armour ALSO loses Quality Level!

NOTES ON SPELLS,
Any armour with magical TP effects will give full normal protection against spells. 
Only Armour that has no extra effect bought in TP (or a with a tp cost of less than 50) are ignored
 By magical attacks

Any Situation Modifiers (this should rarely need to be used.





Compare the two “Roll underscores” Of BOTH the TARGET and the STRIKER.



Use the Skill Challenge table on the Game Mechanics page for details of what dice should be used on your "Role under scores"!


IF THE STRIKER WINS THEIR ROLL BUT THE TARGET FAILS THIERS!

Then the TARGET IS HIT

Add the amount the STRIKER succeeded by and add this to the amount the TARGET FAILED BY.

This is the Total Damage the TARGET RECEIVES!

IT MAY BE EVEN WORSE!
If  STRIKERS “roll under” Calculation before the roll was 7 or more than the TARGETS!
Then this Damage is DOUBLED!



ALSO, do any applicable damage to the target's armour!

(Check for Blow through, see below)

IF THE STRIKER FAILS THEIR ROLL BUT THE TARGET WINS THIERS!

Then the TARGET gets no Damage!
(Still does any applicable damage to the target's armour! They were still hit just not injured!)

REVENGE???!!
If the TARGETS “roll under” Calculation before the roll was 7 or more than the STRIKER!
Then there may be a Special REVENGE ATTACK.

(See Special Note at the bottom of this page!)
  


IF THE BOTH SUCCEED THEN IT IS A PARTIAL HIT!

Then the TARGET STILL IS HIT

Add the amount the STRIKER succeeded by and add this to the amount the TARGET FAILED BY.
THEN DIVIDED BY HALF!
This is the Total Damage the TARGET RECEIVES!

IT MAY BE EVEN WORSE!
If  STRIKERS “roll under” Calculation before the roll was 7 or more than the TARGETS!
Then this Damage is DOUBLED back up to normal again!

Do any applicable damage to the target's armour!

(Check for Blow through, see below)

IF THE BOTH  FAIL THEN IT IS A GAZE HIT!

Then the TARGET STILL IS HIT

TAKE the amount the TARGET FAILED BY then Deduct the Amount the STRIKER failed by!

If the score is less than ZERO, then the Target takes no damage!

If the score is more than ZERO,
THEN DIVIDE THAT DAMAGE BY HALF!

UNLESS!
The TARGETS “roll under” Calculation before the roll was 7 or more than the STRIKER!
In which case the above-allocated Damage is HALFED AGAIN!
Round down the figure!
If this value falls below Zero then no damage is DONE


This is the Total Damage the TARGET RECEIVES!

Do any applicable damage to the target's armour!

(Check for Blow through, see below)

BUT as the hit was only a Graze the TARGET is immune to all stun or bleeding effects from this hit.
In addition, all poisons and curses are instantly shaken off” without any further effect!



ARMOUR BLOW THROUGH!


Add the Active Armour HP and Stamina before the attack.

If the STRIKERS attack is Armour Piercing then divide the above in half.

If the STRIKERS attack was FRAG then Double

If the STRIKERS damage in the last attack is higher than this number, then there has been BLOWTHROUGH equal to one point for each point of leftover damage!

Then any object or Person directly Behind the Target gets the same amount and type of damage, As a FREE STRIKER attack attempt!

Double the Blow through value if the Attack is an Area Effect one!

Keep going until the blow through reaches zero BUT after each additional target,
Reduce the Amour piercing level by 1 each time
(up to a maximum on MINUS 3! )

Keep going until either a Target blocks the path of destruction or blow through is reduced to Zero!

Remember to do the Damage to all armour hit!


PHASE 4

Resolving Damage!


LIFE AND DEATH!

STUNNING!

At a Stamina of (0) you are stunned!

The STUN AMOUNT will be equal to,

Take 6

Then ADD a further 1 or each 1 minus unit of life (under Zero!)

Deduct the Value of your Initial Intelligence,

THEN

Deduct the Value of your Initial Stamina!

If the value is less than 1 then you are not STUNNED


If the value is less than MINUS 6 (E.g. minus 7 or greater) you will ENRAGE!


STUN EFFECT

You are stunned for a Minus from you Skill, Perception and you Intelligence stats equal to the STUN AMOUNT!


STUN RECOVERY AMOUNT

The amount you recover for you stun is equal to your 9 minus your Stamina per recovery cycle!


STUN RECOVERY RATE

You reduce the STUN AMOUNT by the above STUN RECOVERY AMOUNT every so many turns.

The Number of Turns per recovery cycle is equal to 12 deducted by your Strength and initial Stamina.

It this amount is less than 1 turn then you than you are not stunned!


ENRAGE

Any worked out STUN AMOUNT under MINUS 6 will cause an Enrage effect.

For each point under Minus, 6 do the following!

Deduct 2 Intelligence

Deduct 1 Perception

Add 1 Skill

Add 1 Speed

Add 2 Strength

+3 Resistances to Poisons and Mind Control

Deduct 1 from any further future stun calculations until the ENRAGE ends!

This may even increase or extend the rage effect!


AFTER RAGE!

Lose one rage effect point every number of turns equal to you Strength!
The Stronger you are the longer the enrage will last!
After enraging ends!
Deduct 1 stamina for every turn you were Enraged
THIS MAY KILL YOU! But you can use Luck to stop any damage!
Also, Deduct 1 Strength for each enraged turn!
This is for a number of turns Equal to you Strength deducted by your Stamina.
(So if your stamina is more than you Strength you will lose no Strength at all!)


BLEEDING!


All WEAPONS that do not cauterise or burn a wound will do continuous damage after a hit.

Normal damage will do damage equal original hit -6
And will reduce by -2 per recovery turn!
(Less than 6 damage will not do continuous damage!)

Frag Damage will do the same as the initial hit -4
Each turn.
And the amount of this damage will reduce at -1 a turn.
(Less than 4 damage will not do continuous damage!)

Armour Piercing will do the same as the initial hit -8 and
And will reduce by -4 per recovery turn!
(Less than 8 damage will not do continuous damage!)

These are at rest amounts.
If you are not resting then NO REVOCERY TURNS WILL HAPPEN!
You will keep taking the extra damage and this will not start decreasing UNTIL you start resting!

For each Stamina about over 6.  (7 or more)
You can reduce the damage amount taken each turn by 1!


 DEATH!


You Stamina multiplied by 5 as a minus if the point at which you die.

At death, you continue to lose -1 Stamina under normal flesh rotting conditions every 24 hours!

Your Stamina Multiplied by 10 as a minus is total body destruction and at that point, even magic cannot bring you back to life!


THAT IS THE END OF THE MAIN COMBAT SECTION!

Below are just a few additional notes on possible very rare circumstances that might happen during combat! 



REVENGE???!!
If the TARGETS “roll under” Calculation before the roll was 7 or more than the STRIKER!
Then there may be a 


SPECIAL  REVENGE ATTACK.

THIS IS NOT COMMONLY USABLE!

UNLESS YOU HAVE ACHIEVED THE SPECIAL RARE "REVENGE STATE " CONDITIONS!

IF YOU ACHIEVE A "REVENGE STATE"

AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE ACHIEVED A "REVENGE STATE"!

Take the amount the ATTACKER FAILED by and Add this to The Amount the TARGET succeed by.
We will call this the REVENGE ATTACK SCORE!

THIS BONUS WILL LAST FOR,
The 3 combat rounds + their Perception Stat
ANY SEE RED or ENRAGE Effect freeze the bonuses countdown until those effects wear off.
(No matter how often they are used)
So theoretically you could keep this REVENGE bonus going for a long time!

DURING REVENGE BONUS EFFECT!


(As long as the group the TARGET is Fighting Continues to contain the Opponent that that triggered it!


IF this player becomes an ATTACKER they can add the REVENGE SCORE to their “Roll Under” Calculation!
BUT THEY MUST CHOOSE THE REVENGE AS THIER TARGET IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
(Even if that means ignoring a softer easier target!)

IF this player becomes a STRIKER and the TARGET was the opponent that caused the REVENGE then they can add the Revenge Bonus their “Roll Under” Calculation!
IF this player become a STRIKER but the TARGET is merely on the same team as the person that cursed the REVENGE, then you still get to used HALF the Revenge Bonus their “Roll Under” Calculation!

IF this player Becomes a DEFENDER they can add the Revenge Bonus their “Roll Under” Calculation!

IF this player Becomes a Target and the STRIKER is the object of their REVENGE they can add the Revenge Bonus their “Roll Under” Calculation!
IF this player become a TARGET but the STRIKER is merely on the same team as the person that caused the REVENGE, then you still get to used HALF the Revenge Bonus their “Roll Under” Calculation!

There is no limit to how many different Revenge targets you can have!
Note each Bonus countdown separately!

DOUBLE REVENGE!

Revenge can stack up to 3 levels on the same Opponent!
Each new Revenge application restarts the Revenge Countdown!
All three stack as used as none huge bonus number!

REVENGE VS REVENGE!

If two different opponents have an active revenge bonus on each other at the same time something special happens!
They Become each other Nemesis!
(See the Special note at the bottom of this page!) 




NEMESIS


NOT FOR GENERAL USE!

USE ONLY IF YOU HAVE ACHIEVED THR SUPER RARE NEMESIS CONDITIONS

OTHERWISE!

DO NOT USE!

All revenge countdowns continue as normal.

The Nemesis bonus is a separate thing!

Fighting a Nemesis give the following bonuses.

+5 To any stun or poison attack resistance directly made by your Nemesis!
+2 To any stun or poison attack resistance made by any allies or minions of your Nemesis!
+10 Resistance to any mind control attempts (inc Charm) attempted by either the Nemesis or any of his allies!

Any attempt to hit you NEMESIS in the Attacker/ Defender phase of combat gets a +10 on the first round and continues to stack +10 each round until the combat ends!

All damage that gets through to you Nemesis at the end of all other calculations (this very last calculation done) is DOUBLED and any STUN or BLEED Effects are Also DOUBLED

ALL these benefits are on TOP of any Revenge bonuses.

Killing you Nemesis or outliving them will give 

5XP = you Luck = Your INT

Killing you Nemesis in combat will add a + 3 xp bonus to this!

Killing you Nemesis! Personally Delivering the killing blow will add an extra 2xp on top of all these past XP bonuses!

If the Deathblow came when a Revenge bonus was active against your Nemesis get an extra =1 xp

If the Deathblow came when a SEEING RED bonus was active against your Nemesis get an extra =1 xp

If the Deathblow came when an ENRAGE bonus was active against your Nemesis get an extra =1 xp


Upon the death of you Nemesis, you will get a Free Permanent 1 to your initial Luck!

I have had a particularly tough year,

One small highlight was watching BlizzCon live with the virtual ticket.

So I managed, with a bit of sacrifice, to not only find the money for the (now more expensive ticket) but also £20 worth of Pizza to make the whole night a bit of a personal occasion.

But halfway through the Overwatch part of the opening ceremony, the feed kept closing, changing to the wrong language, and this kept happening to the point that it became unstable!
.
Yes,, while I can watch it all again later when OR if it is fixed, but it is is not the same.
It has not got the same energy as seeing that opening ceremony live and hearing the cool stuff, first hand.
.
Maybe I put too muchstore in this one treat to make life seem a little better at the moment, and of course part of me knows that I am overreacting, but I am just too psychologically tired now to even feel angry.
.

Once Upon a time a very drunk ickle Boy (Aged 46) got home after being out all night and went on Facebook. . He came across this post. . CAN ADMINS OF THIS GROUP DO A BETTER JOB OF MONITORING WHO IS ALLOWED IN HERE PLEASE?! WE HAVE A NEW MEMBER, A WOMAN. SHE'S BEEN PRIVATELY MESSAGING MEMBERS, SENDING THEM NAKED PICTURES OF HERSELF IN NASTY POSES ALONG WITH CLOSE-UPS OF HER UNMENTIONABLES. SHE IS OFFERING AN IPHONE 8+ IN EXCHANGE FOR SEXUAL FAVORS. I AM ESPECIALLY BOTHERED BECAUSE IT TURNED OUT TO BE AN IPHONE 6 AND OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH IT. IT'S SUPER SLOW AND THE CAPS LOCK IS STUCK ON. .
