Now they are reversing this with a large recruitment drive. . . All those, more experienced, officers previously lost would have all held certain world views. . And the newer, averagely younger, less experienced, officers may have different world views. . . The question is then . In the selection process, . Are the psychological parameters, exactly, the same? . Or . Will the psychological assessments be different? . Will those psychological assessments now be altered to be either? . A) Improve the number of fair-minded officers and ensure an even-handed justice for all? . OR INSTEAD. . B) Be altered to allow a new breed of officers that may be more inclined to follow the orders of a slightly more politically extreme Government? . .
