I am going to try a different tack to tackling my Cold Rage. . The theory is this.... . If I have the excess energy to spend being angry, Then I mush have too much energy. . So, the plan is to reduce how much energy I have available. . Put simply Less food. . Less food = Less Energy . Less surplus Energy = Less Anger . So, Now when I am too angry, I am NOT going to eat . If my body wants food then it has to stop being angry first. . I am hoping for an eventual Pavlovic response that will make my hindbrain stop being angry all the time. . Food will become a reward for having happy emotions, . Any FEELINGS! (Not Thoughts) of any violence will be punished with hunger. . Until my primitive self learns who "the bitch " is and who "the master" is! . !
