I might also make the dough into eight smaller buns instead of four And put either jam or crunchy peanut butter as a filling in the centre. . The idea is to create a sort of "travel bite" that I can nibble while sketching all day. Something healthier and more filling than a flapjack that won't fall apart and has enough healthy calories to keep me going a whole day without having to use any pricey shops. . It doesn't have to taste all that good It just has be edible enough and save me money while I'm out all day sketching And not make a mess in my sketch bag by falling apart when knocked around during walking.
